Intro to Permaculture

Join us for this 2 day course to absorb the principles & ethics of permaculture through an informative card game of 36 examples of permaculture concepts & projects. Followed by activities covering environment sector analysis, permaculture zoning, input-output design techniques, and discussion on possible aspects of action one can do in the home, garden, at work or in a community project. There will be hand outs, resources lists, plus a basket full of ideas to take away and implement!

This weekend also introduces you to other permaculture movements in Canterbury, the National Permaculture Organisation - PiNZ; and is a great lead into the Permaculture Design Certificate course if you wish to get into design structures and to delve deeper into vast topics experienced within the permaculture landscapes and to learn a design process that will allow you to structure, experience and make easy changes as you grow and adapt with you…
