About the event
Join us for this 1 day permaculture taster course to absorb the ethics & principle of permaculture through an informative card game of 36 examples of permaculture concepts & projects. This is a great way to get a feel for the wide scope of concepts that are held within the permaculture landscape. And, to find a starting place to make changes that bring a future with clean water, safe and abundant food, renewable energy and resources, healthy watersheds, and prosperous people and ecosystems.
This weekend also introduces you to other permaculture movements in Canterbury, the National organisation - PiNZ; Intro to Permaculture course to broaden the foundational knowledge and Permaculture Design Certificate course if you wish to get into design structures and how the different concepts can be implemented into a complete system for your home, garden, business or community project.
